Who I Am
I work with cannabis retailers who are tired of leaving money on the table. I'm not an agency. I'm not a vendor selling you a platform. I'm a senior CRM strategist who partners directly with operators to build the retention infrastructure that actually moves revenue.
I built Pinelands because most cannabis CRM is embarrassingly shallow. Batch-and-blast texts, discount-of-the-week promotions, zero personalization, no segmentation worth mentioning. The data exists to do so much better. Most operators just don't have someone who knows how to use it.

I don't believe in cookie-cutter playbooks. Cannabis retail has unique constraints around compliance, limited digital advertising channels, and highly localized competition.
